Integrations

Integrations Overview

Crosscheck integrates with the tools your team already uses so you can push checks directly into your project management workflows. Instead of copying links and writing descriptions manually, create tickets and tasks straight from a check.

Supported Integrations

How Integrations Work

Each integration connects your Crosscheck workspace to an external service via OAuth. Once connected, you can trigger actions directly from a check — either from the kebab menu on a check card in the grid view, or from the kebab menu in the check detail view. For example, choose Create Task and pick Jira to open a pre-filled ticket form with a link back to the check.

What Gets Sent

When you create a ticket or task from a check, Crosscheck includes:

  • A link back to the check in the Crosscheck dashboard
  • The check type (screenshot, recording, or replay)
  • The page URL where the check was taken

Accessing Integrations

To set up or manage integrations, click Integrations in the sidebar of the Crosscheck dashboard. Each integration has its own connect/disconnect flow using OAuth authorization.

Using Integrations from a Check

Once an integration is connected, you can create a task from any check in two places: from the (kebab) menu on a check card in the All Checks grid, or from the menu in the top-right of the check detail view. Both open a Create Task dialog where you choose the target application (Jira or ClickUp) and fill in the ticket fields before submitting.

Both integrations at once
You can connect both Jira and ClickUp at the same time. Each operates independently, so you can create a Jira ticket and a ClickUp task from the same check.
